The Chardonnay Retrospective, led by an expert panel from the  SommFoundation, will feature Chardonnay with 5-10 years of cellar time and will focus on tasting and understanding how the grape develops its secondary and tertiary complexities with cellar time.

Pannel includes Jay Fletcher, Thomas Price, Ashley Hausman, Donald Patz, and James Lechner. Some of the iconic wines being poured include Chateau Montelena Estate Chardonnay, Chateau Montelena Estate Chardonnay, and Louis Latour Meursault Genevrieres.
